A Glamping Weight Loss Camp Week in Worcester
So, we've arrived on site and as seems to be the norm for our glamping weeks, we have rain clouds and a stiff breeze to contend with but we won't let that dampen our spirits!
Well..... at least we will try, our weeks at Worcester are proving more difficult to manage at the start as people need time to settle and certain creature comforts are crucial especially when the weather proves to be against us so things like fatigue and tiredness become a much bigger issue to contend with, and not just for the clients, as the mentors and trainers we have to provide energy especially for those who are flagging and we must remain positive no matter how wet our feet and damp our spirits.
So for us our glamping experience is a much closer one to that of the clients, I think this helps in the end to form a stronger bond with the clients but at the start it means our efforts must be doubled.
During our first night we take extra care and time to listen to the clients stories and hear their reasons for choosing us, this helps to better understand their needs and make sure they still have the standard of care they would expect from Fitfarms.
This evening we focus on getting the clients settled and ready for tomorrow's activities; we have a big few days ahead of us so the girls will need their rest.
