Matlock – Weight Loss Camp Day Report – 26 June 2015

This special blog post report is what happened in one of our recent Fitfarms fat camp weeks as reported by one of our instructors.

So everything's set and ready to welcome the new fitfarmers to the start of their new healthy lifestyles. Groups of excited and nervous faces arrive throughout the afternoon and quickly become comfortable around each other. The guests meet the health team, Andy, Sean and myself and appear to settle in well with the accommodating approach of the health team.

Following the welcome talk the clients are shown around site and discover the places they'll become extremely familiar with in the upcoming sessions. The ladies get to know us all a little better as we share funny stories and life achievements during the ice breaker exercise. Once finished it is time for dinner and an early night ready for an intense day tomorrow, one of many!
