Weight Loss Camp Day Report - 16th February 2015
This special blog post report is what happened in one of our recent Fitfarms fat camp weeks as reported by one of our instructors.
Monday the 16th of February started at 6:45 with Helens wake up workout. After a breakfast of home made Muesli we all headed out for a 9 mile walk (never mind the rain, we weren't going to let that stop us.
After everyone was home safe and had a chance to dry out there was time for a quick stretch before a fantastic lunch of Quinoa Salad and Pork. After lunch it was time to split the group, half would be in the first part of Lesley's nutrition workshop and the other half would be with Dan and Helen for a Viper and kickboxing session. Snack was at 3:30 and the groups would swap activities.
With Dinner at 5:30 and a fantastic Zumba class after that everyone was ready for a well earned night sleep, getting ready for tomorrow.
